These Terms & Conditions of Sale define the rules and conditions for subscribing to paid services offered by ArtZone, a nonprofit organization under French law (loi 1901), dedicated to promoting visual arts and supporting creative expression.

2. Ethics & Use of Funds
As a nonprofit organization, 100% of the revenue from subscriptions and rental fees is reinvested into the following:
- Operating costs of the gallery (rent, utilities, insurance)
- Purchasing materials and improving infrastructure
- Organizing accessible classes, workshops, and creative events open to all
By choosing to exhibit with ArtZone, you are directly contributing to a meaningful and inclusive cultural project.
3. Pricing & Exhibition Packages
Online Exhibitions (1-year commitment, renewable):
- Essential Plan – Free: Up to 5 artworks
- Discovery Plan – €1.99/month: Up to 10 artworks
- Passion Plan – €3.50/month: Up to 20 artworks
In-Gallery Physical Exhibitions:
- 3 weeks: €30 per linear meter
- 4 weeks: €40 per linear meter
- 5 weeks: €50 per linear meter
- Hanging service: €50 flat fee
- For sculptors: customized pricing based on floor space or number of modules (available on request)
Welcoming International Exhibitors
We are proud to welcome international artists and exhibitors under the same conditions as local participants.
Whether you wish to exhibit remotely (online) or in person at our physical gallery in France, we offer a smooth, professional, and inclusive experience.
We also provide optional personalized packages including:
- Accommodation near the gallery
- Assistance with travel & logistics
- Access to private or group workshops with Dorina & Michaela
- Promotion in both French and international art networks
- Curated visits of French cultural landmarks (upon request)
Our team will help you craft an artist residency or exhibition experience in France tailored to your vision and budget.
4. Booking & Payment Terms
Payments can be made via Stripe, HelloAsso, or bank transfer.
Physical exhibition bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Online exhibition subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime without penalty.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European law, artists benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the subscription date — unless the exhibition has already begun or services have already started with the artist’s consent.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds are granted once an exhibition has started or a service has been delivered.
In case of serious unforeseen circumstances, a postponement may be offered, subject to availability.
7. Artist Commitments
By subscribing, the artist agrees to:
- Provide original artworks for which they hold full rights
- Comply with technical and logistical requirements (dimensions, supports, installation)
- Handle the transportation and retrieval of physical artworks
- Sign an exhibition agreement when exhibiting on-site
8. Promotion & Installation
- Promoting your work online via our website and social media
- Offering a vernissage event (opening reception) on request
- Ensuring a professional, careful hanging of your exhibition
- The gallery retains the right to curate the layout and selection of works to ensure a cohesive and visually harmonious exhibition
